Our Funds – Lazuli Capital

Lazuli Capital offers two family of funds to our investors:

Income Fund ( link )

This fund is opened for investments.

Our income fund is investing in debt and preferred equity, with a built-in buffer to prevent losses.

It is targeting above 8% net IRR to investors, with no lock up.

Growth Fund ( link )

This fund is now closed to new investors.

Our growth fund is investing in equity in Commercial Real Estate (multi-family, mobile homes, …).

It is targeting 12% to 15% net IRR to investors (~23% gross IRR currently).
